The Player protect campaign is an important initiative, designed to capture attention at moments that matter. We worked with ALH to develop a clear, guest-facing brand and campaign identity, aimed at supporting responsible gaming across their venues.
The challenge was creating a flexible identity suited to digital screens and posters. It needed to feel appropriate for in-venue environments like gaming rooms, carrying key messages such as "It’s been an hour. How about a break?" This Player Protection campaign works across both owned and paid channels. The design and messaging strategically utilising localised messaging like "View your player activity statement from the Crows Nest Hotel."
The result was a simple, engaging and future-ready toolkit that gave ALH a consistent way to talk to guests about responsible play, without it feeling heavy-handed.
